[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility SCADA upgrades and system for monitoring, control, historical data acquisition, reporting and management of its water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
- training of a commercially, universal, Telemetry/SCADA software package which provides for portable and desktop monitoring, control and data management of the WSD’s water and wastewater system infrastructure
- solution can be cloud hosted by the vendor if the cloud is either Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure and only if the cloud solution
- Real Time process visualization and control with customized graphics
- Robust process alarm and event management
- System security features. Login/tracking, personnel login control, remote access login and tracking
- Product support for portable devices such as smart phones and tablets. Ability to deliver userfriendly, web-based HTML to these devices
- Interface with various City utilized software applications including Asset Management, ESRI GIS products, Microsoft Office and Microsoft SQL Server are preferred.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 12, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
