Vendor needs to provide virtual training solution for the stinger missile on a competitive basis that includes: a design to accommodate a portable or fixed training area; Simulated Stinger Weapon and Binoculars (wireless); Instructor Station; Hardware and Software; Simulated terrain data bases (desert, forest, urban) with simulated scenarios and the ability to create scenarios; Virtual Reality headsets and Backpack Computers. The system should also include an instructor/operator training class.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
