[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide laser capture microdissection microscope to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- The instrument must have the laser pressure catapulting capability, which allows secure, non-contact and contamination-free specimen collection of tissues or single cells from sectioned slides or cell culture;
- Instrument must provide uniform and precise cutting of the tissue specimen, non-contact, perpendicular (90°) cutting angle and contamination-free specimen collection.
- The instrument must provide non-contact, contamination-free specimen collection;
- The instrument has to have an inverted miscroscope; the epifluorescence microscope for fixed tissue and live cell imaging applications extending usage of the system for a wider range of applications
- The laser microdissection can be performed on membrane slides, archival tissue specimens placed directly on glass slides, and live cell isolation are all easily performed using this inverted platform,
- Objective Fluar 5x/0.25 M27 (FWD=12.5mm)
- Objective LD Plan-Neofluar 20x/0.4 Corr M27 (CG=0-1.5mm) (FWD=8.4mm at CG=0mm and FWD=7.4mm at CG=1.5mm)
- LCM/AxioVision SE64 Rel. 4.9.1 Software Multifunctional software for control of camera, microscope and other components at PALM systems
- RoboSoftware 4.9 Multifunctional software for the control of - UV-Laser and/or IR-Laser (optical tweezers) - microscope stage: RoboStage II - collection device: CapMover II, RoboMover - management of images and experiment data: AxioVision, InformationCenter. Including i.a.: calibration routine for laser and system; drawing, cutting and catapulting functions, element list for efficient marking and sorting of selected samples, navigator for the overview of up to three microscope slides or one culture vessel,
- Laser microdissection module for contact-free isolation of living or fixed specimens. Comprises: MB laser unit, laser, RoboStage II incl. SlideHolder 3x1.0, joystick, control unit MB 4.2, base plate, coupling unit, StarterKit LCM
- Laser only affects specimen for approximately one nanosecond so it does not transfer any heat
- The GUI location and navigation of microfuge tube lid over the capture position of a specimen slide or cell culture dish,
- Z-drive Operation Flat Left
- Revolving nosepiece 6x H/DIC Mot
- Sideport 60N L80/R100 3 pos
- Eyepiece PL 10x/23 Br foc (x2).
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2021.
