Government Authority located in Nashville, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for commercial internet service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide commercial internet service to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Contractor will establish and maintain two diverse commercial internet circuits to the 118th Wing to be utilized for supplementary mission support. One circuit will be LAN based and serve as the primary commercial source. The other will be wireless/satellite based and serve as the alternate circuit. Both will terminate in building 801, room 148. The two circuits will operate in parallel and the alternate will serve as failover for the primary.
a. The contractor shall provide and maintain a LAN based circuit solution meeting or exceeding a bandwidth of 1000 mbps download speed.
b. The contractor shall provide and maintain a wireless based circuit solution meeting or exceeding a bandwidth of 100 mpbs download speed.
c. The contractor shall provide a managed router and configuration for attachment of a customer owned firewall or broadcast switch.
d. The contractor shall adhere to all standards governed by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-101 Life Safety Code, 2012 Edition). No firewall discontinuities.
e. The contractor shall be responsible for the design, configuration and installation of all cabling and equipment needed for circuit operation.
f. The contractor shall provide technical support via a call center for the 118th Communications Flight staff
g. The contractor shall provide immediate response time to all calls to the contractor’s technical support call center and 24hr turn around on service calls.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
