[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide process advancements services to maximize the use of sustainable building materials and energy efficient products to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- design and construction methods should be geared toward the completed project being environmentally-friendly from both the construction and continuous operation standpoint
- Preparation of planning phase studies, evaluations, reports, exhibits, programs, and concept designs.
- Preparation of construction documents including all drawings, specifications, and details necessary for construction purposes
- Review and recommendations of studies, evaluations, reports, and construction documents for
completeness, technical adequacy, and optimum construction feasibility and economy.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
