(1) Vendor needs to provide equity and debt services for development, construction and renovation of affordable housing properties to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Amount of due diligence, legal, or other closing fees as well any fees during construction
- Developer Fee pay‐out schedule
- Bonds will be cash collateralized
- loan proceeds will be disbursed to an account that secures the bonds and a like amount of bond proceeds will be disbursed to pay the project costs.
(2) A meeting will be held on January 12, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
