[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide commissioning services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Fundamental (Basic) Commissioning Contractor will be responsible for providing CxA and associated services for Fundamental Building Systems Commissioning as required, and these services will include but are not limited to: Cx Requirements and mdash; development and incorporation into construction documents (requirements will include the assignment, to various participants, of commissioning tasks from construction through completion and Metro acceptance); Owner Project Requirements (OPR) and mdash; review for clarity and completeness; Basis of Design (design team developed BoD document) and mdash; review for clarity and completeness; Construction Documents and mdash; review ensuring compliance with Cx requirements and basis of design; Cx Plan and mdash; development, implementation, and management (the plan will address commissioning activities during each construction phase and warranty period follow-up and must be presented at a pre-commissioning meeting scheduled and chaired by the CxA and will identify responsibilities of each trade affected by the commissioning process, and outline all systems to be commissioned and the associated tests to be performed); Cx Coordination and mdash; with General Contractor (GC) and Metro and rsquo;s representative
