[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile occupational health service for mobile occupational health service to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- To monitor the health of approximately 400 civilian federal employees exposed to toxic workplace hazards utilizing occupational medical surveillance examinations.
- The physicals will be given to civilian federal employees working in aviation and ground equipment maintenance, mechanics, allied trades, painters, welders, and any other employee exposed to an identified workplace hazard.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
