[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide school bus video camera system to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- DVR:
- Minimum 1 TB hard drive with redundant SD card back-up,
- Minimum 6 channels with recording up to 1080P,
- Allow for individual camera settings with separate frame rate, resolution, and image quality,
- Allow for vehicle identification with date and time,
- 2 Front Cabin Camera: for the fore-mounted camera intended to capture the forward most half of the bus and monitor student behaviour,
- Rear Cabin Camera: for the rear-mounted camera intended to capture the rear half of the bus and monitor student behaviour,
- Driver Area Camera: for the camera intended to capture driver behaviour,
- Software and Integration:
- Date selection calendar,
- Interchangeable playback mode,
- Marked event list,
- View up to four (4) channels simultaneously,
- Timeline with event display,
- Fast-forward, fast-rewind, and pause playback controls,
- Users can export video clips in native file, Audio Video Interleave (AVI) files, and executable player files,
- Video is encrypted and cannot be viewed outside of provided software unless exported to do such.
