[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide mass notification system for use districtwide, fully-functional and integrated mass notification service to be used in communicating to parents/guardians, staff and the general public by means of telephonic messaging, electronic mail, and text messaging, high-speed, vendor-hosted, automated communication system to deliver both emergency and routine notifications by voice, email, and text, as well as student specific attachments (i.e. report cards), to recipients with all varieties of devices.
- Reliable mass-notification system capable of making phone calls and sending emails and text messages, differentiated roles for district staff, school administrators, and teachers to send messages to the students and parents under their care, full and direct integration with the district's student information system, PowerSchool, ability to securely send password-protected PDF documents (i.e. report cards, progress reports) to parents via email, Comprehensive reporting of message delivery results, bad phone numbers, and all communications sent.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
