Vendor needs to provide web based interactive curriculum program system.
- Program must have game-based lessons along with practice towards standards mastery
- Program must use cutting-edge technology to address whole-class learning and instruction
- Program must have a rich item bank of question to build a formative assessment tool that teachers have access to create ad-hoc and real time feedback tool to gauge learned skills and abilities to drive instruction
- must provide web-based offering.
- provide user-friendly navigation
- appropriate for use in computer labs, in classrooms with a 1 to 1 device ratio, and in classrooms where students rotate through literacy stations.
- allow for users to be able to log in from home.
- variety of accessibility features and accommodations to meet the needs of students with disabilities
- support Math and Reading content with the option to expand to Science and Social Studies.
- support a range of learning styles.
- ability to quickly group students by proficiency level.
- ability for teachers to create custom and/or additional progress monitoring quizzes as they see fit based on student progress in class.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
