[A] Budget: Looking For The Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online course-sharing software for students, which enables them to enroll in online courses offered at other UT campuses to supplement coursework offered at their home, or primary campus at which they originally enrolled.
- online course sharing; the consortium will provide seamless course scheduling, transcription of grades, collection, and dispersion of tuition and fees, and financial aid, as well as a seamless course experience for the student,
- The successful consortium model must navigate differences in course management systems (including training for students) and academic calendars among campuses. The consortium must provide a mechanism to allow teaching campuses to control courses offered for inclusion and receiving campuses the ability to control the courses students can access,
- The process for enrollment in courses offered through the consortium should not be different from enrollment in face-to-face courses offered on the students’ home campuses. The consortium must allow grades to be assigned by the teaching campus and transcribed by the student’s home campuses.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 8, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.
