[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software and implementation services for the City’s financial, purchasing, payroll, and human resource needs
- the system has been customized to meet the needs of the organization, Functionally, NextGen is used by the City for general ledger, budget control, accounting, project cost tracking and financial reporting / and Zortec is used for purchasing, accounts payable, fixed asset tracking, inventory control, accounts receivable, treasury, human resources, benefits, payroll, time entry, property tax billing and collections, point of sale receipting (fees, charges for service, police fines, etc.) and utility billing,
- Accounting and General Ledger and Financial Reporting,
- Project and Grant Accounting and Management,
- Procurement,
- Accounts Payable,
- Treasury and Cash Management,
- Accounts Receivable and Collections,
- Budget Preparation,
- Capital Assets and Asset Management,
- Fleet Management,
- Recruitment and Applicant Tracking,
- Position Control,
- Human Resources,
- Payroll and Time Entry,
- Risk Management and Workers Comp,
- Work Orders,
- Point of Sale,
- Reduce the use of spreadsheets at department level,
- Ability to integrate with key applications,
- Improved management tool,
- Improve business processes and implement decentralized data entry where possible,
- Improve vendor management with self-service,
- Availability for Employee Self Service.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 10, 2020.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 17, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
