[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide athletics medical services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- Possess a working knowledge of trauma, musculoskeletal injuries, and medical conditions affecting the student-athlete
- A minimum of 10 years of Sports Medicine experience
- Proven ability to work with diverse populations
- Specialty Board Certification (Formal Training in Sports Medicine or related areas e.g. CAQ in Sports Medicine)
- Additional training or fellowships in Sports Medicine
- Practice devoted primarily to Sports Medicine
- Membership and active participation in Sports Medicine Society and Athletic Training Related Organizations
- Demonstrated continuing medical education in Sports Medicine
- Demonstrated knowledge of issues (medical and otherwise) facing college-aged student athletes.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for ten year.
(4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on March 17, 2020
