[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual equipment and installation service to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Front facing ceiling mounted PTZ camera
- Two rear facing 86” wall mounted consumer grade video monitors/TVs
- Two front facing 75” ceiling mounted consumer grade video monitors/TVs to be mounted approximately in the middle of the room.
- Equipment rack to be placed in the storage room. Rack shall contain an HDMI video matrix switcher, a wireless video interface, a video multiplexer, an audio digital signal processor, an audio amplifier, a dual handheld and lavaliere wireless microphone system and any other necessary auxiliary audio equipment.
- The output signal of the multiplexer shall have functionality to be Dual (pictures are
side by side), Picture in Picture, or Full screen.
- A gooseneck microphone shall be provided to attach to a City-supplied lectern. The microphone shall feed the rear facing monitor. A dual wireless microphone shall be used to provide a lavaliere mic for the instructor and a handheld mic which can be passed around for questions from the attendees.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2020
(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on March 16, 2020
