[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voluntary, fully insured prepaid dental insurance program services to eligible employees of State agencies, as well as participating Local Education and Local Government agencies; eligible retirees; and dependents of employees and retirees who elect to participate in the Prepaid Program to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- designated full-time implementation team to service this account
- assign a backup to the account manager
- designate a customer service manager, who shall manage the call center operations and staff assigned to the State
- maintain a call center and provide a dedicated toll-free line
- The Contractor shall operate a call center that uses a designated toll–free number as the “front-end” entry point for callers. The Contractor’s call center shall have designated representatives or operators to respond to inquiries from Members
- The Contractor’s call center shall accept calls, at a minimum, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time (CT) for all Business Days
- The Contractor’s call center shall have call management systems and communications infrastructure that can manage the potential call volume and achieve the performance standards
- The Contractor shall have the ability to make outbound calls without interrupting the ability of callers to continue to access the call center.
(2) A pre-response conference will be held on March 9, 2020.
(3) A notice of intent to respond due on March 10, 2020.
(4) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 16, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
