[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Participating in surveys and interacting with outside regulatory agencies.
- Participating in the budgetary process to minimize costs
- Providing medical consultation in ethical decisions regarding patient care, advance directives and employee issues. - Reviewing incidents and accidents that occur on the premises of the Facility to identify hazards to health and safety
- Helping the Facility identify, evaluate, and address health care issues related to the quality of care and quality of life of residents
- Reviewing individual resident cases as requested or as indicated.
- Reviewing consultant recommendations.
- Ensuring adequate documentation of health care.
- Ensuring that residents have primary attending and backup physician coverage.
- Addressing and resolving concerns and issues between physicians, health care practitioners and Facility staff.
(2) A notice of intent to due on March 6, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 11, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
