(1) Vendor needs to provide live streaming enterprise platform to be billed,
- Be accessible via commercial WiFi and the NIPR network,
- Have unlimited streaming, events, and viewers,
- Provide for enabling a custom domain,
- Have viewer interaction tools – Q&A and Polling,
- Have an accessible on-demand library with 5+ Terabytes of storage minimum,
- Provide for password protected,
- Allow for dedicated account management,
- Have dedicated event support,
- Be capable of having multiple simultaneous streams,
- Be ad free,
- Provide 1-hour support via phone and/or email 7 days a week,
- Maintain platform uptime guarantee rate of 99.9%.
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
