[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consulting services to the government authority located in Kingsport, TN.
- Analyze and assist in the preparations of financial statements for all program areas; including financial planning of future projects and of other uses of the Agency’s reserves,
- Assist with the oversight of the Finance Department to ensure it is running efficiently,
- Assist with the management of project milestones through completion and all steps required to achieve stabilized occupancy and conversion to permanent financing,
- Monitor and assure all compliance reporting to lenders, investors, third party funders and others are appropriate ensuring that all are complete and accurate,
- Assess management during initial occupancy and monitor third party private manager performance,
- Review and recommend a process for the Agency to perform on-going asset management post development completion and occupancy,
- Perform such other financial-related services as the Agency’s Executive Director or her designees require.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 23, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
