Government authority located in Memphis, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for employee assistance program administrator services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program administrator services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
● Attract and retain quality talent;
● Build a comprehensive and competitive EAP benefits program that allows for employee choice of counselling resources;
● Offer robust behavioural health support to all employees, retirees and their dependents, including those that have not elected group medical plan coverage;
● Provide access to a broad network of high quality, efficient providers for a broad range of clinical and non-clinical life and work management services; and
● Enhance strong communications and education initiatives to assist the employees in adopting, understanding and managing their mental health.
● Accepting accountability for cost effectiveness of program administration, delivery and
outcomes through aggressive performance management guarantees with financial risk;
● Leveraging data analytics and business intelligence to partner with the City in a consultative role to contain costs and serve employees;
● Pursuing innovative strategies to deliver more cost effective, quality care through providers with greater use of pay for value models;
● Offering the highest quality customer service to the City and its members;
● Promoting and facilitating employee self-service as to lessen the City’s administrative burden;
● Providing efficient coordination with other administrative vendors and simplifying administration for the City, where possible; and
● Achieving the above goals within the confines of the City’s current HR and payroll systems.
- EAP services such as the following:
● Unlimited counselling sessions for all employees
● Unlimited counselling sessions for anyone that lives with an employee
● 24/7 telephone access to a counsellor
● Formal management referral process, for any employee with disciplinary issues
● Substance abuse professional services, as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation
● Management consultations/conflict resolution services
● Assistance with referrals to legal, financial and home care professionals
● 24/7 telephone access to the EAP Director for any questions, problems or emergencies
● Convenient office locations
● Spanish speaking counsellor on staff
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 26, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
