Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for on-line marketing services of commodity credit corporation owned cotton.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-line marketing services of commodity credit corporation owned cotton would be an option to supplement the current CCC sales methods of cataloging and issuing public invitations,
- Shall establish a marketing service for the CCC owned cotton listed herein and make it available through the internet as an online and electronic marketing function,
- Shall conduct online sales in a dynamic bidding system. Contractor shall guarantee sale, so that CCC shall not be subject to losses incurred due to the failure of any subsequent transaction,
- Shall protect both the buyer’s and seller’s identity. until a sale is confirmed, the price determining process shall be anonymous,
- Shall provide all necessary security safeguards to ensure that market sensitive or proprietary data is secure from disclosure,
- Shall ensure that the users of its online marketing services are entities actively engaged in merchandising cotton,
- Shall generate necessary inventory sales data to interface with CCC’s inventory systems.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
