Government Authority located in Springfield, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for information technology support services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology support services to the government authority located in Springfield, TN.
- The qualified vendor will enable the city to:
a. Improve information technology (IT) effectiveness in all areas; b. Enhance its quality of service to all of its employees and ultimately the citizens; c. Minimize downtime and technical support costs; d. Ensure security of data and compliance with State of Tennessee Records Retention requirements; e. Maximize return on investment in IT hardware and software; f. Maintain 24 hours a day, 7 days a week network monitoring; g. Make recommendations as needed to IT staff for infrastructure improvements
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
