[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide photography services.
- A schedule of dates will be set for fall and spring pictures
- One make-up day shall be scheduled for each set of pictures; fall and spring. It shall include remaking pictures where proofs are of poor aesthetic or technical quality or defective.
- Spring pictures shall include an optional color class (group) print.
- Final pictures, which are technically defective, shall be remade at the school at no additional cost to the school or students on the designated make-up day
- Sufficient photographers shall be provided to photograph the entire student body, faculty, and staff in one school day.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
