[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide court document management system for development, support and maintenance of a new ticket management system.
- secure a software solution to adequately support the volume of tickets processed and manage documents
- A software solution to manage and track all citations written and issued by the police including traffic parking and other municipal violations
- A software solution which prepares court dockets which are managed by but not limited to data based upon court dates, court records dispositions online and tracks citation activities real time until the file is closed and archived in the system
- dynamic and able to update at the time of user entry
- must support all court functions, ticket management, ticket inventory control, enterprise accounting, citation processing, scheduling court hearings
- facilitate up-to-date, wireless network data transfer to the handheld devices
- Any data import process will need to include an edit process for the validity of the data and
produce an audit file/report of data accepted and rejected in the import process
- allow clerks to wand the ticket numbers in the system prior to completion of data entry of the entire ticket.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 15, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 18, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
