[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription and captioning services for video to create closed captions
for our videos on the Mediasite platform.
- anticipates needing 100 hours of video transcription/captioning per year
- Transcription/captioning company must already have an Audio Transcription Template with the Mediasite platform
- Transcription/captioning process must take no longer than 4 days to complete per video file
- The transcription/captioning partner must allow for an SCS-submitted style guide that highlights common acronyms, names, and other commonly-misspelled items to aid in higher accuracy of the final transcription/caption product
- The transcription/captioning partner should be able to provide service in 100-hour blocks with options for renewal if more work is necessary.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than September 26, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
