[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide strategic management consulting services which include strategic planning, benchmarking and performance measurement, monitoring and management, business process review, technology optimization and organizational alignment, organizational design and alignment, general advisory consulting services, customer experience and data analytics, strategic communications, transportation planning, bicycle/pedestrian/scooter/ADA planning and safety analysis, new mobility and emerging transportation technologies, staff development and training and leadership and executive coaching.
- Development of communications strategies to support program and initiatives to providing strong media and public relations strategic insight and message development to assist with proactive campaigns, optimizing all communications channels in messaging, promotion and advertising, identifying trends to shape messaging, strengthening working relationships with media outlets.
- Graphic Design Support to design services, collateral and copy development (including, but not limited to: press releases, editorials, brochures, infographics) and photography.
- Staff Development and Training to develop a program for customer service training and other
professional development services for all employees, this may include curriculum development for varying training needs, interactive exercises for all participants, evaluation methods to assess the skill level of individual employees based upon the level of proficiency exhibited in the training session, employee survey development and deployment, public focus groups and survey development around customer service training, customer service data analysis and reporting, train the trainer teaching sessions and staff recruiting.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
