[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architect of record services architectural design, interior design, m/e/p design, and construction administration, as the architect of record to the government authority located in Tennessee.
- This project is a 210,000 square foot facility containing a portable indoor track and field pavilion, with 2,700 – 3,000 permanent seats, that also can be used for other events during the off-season for indoor track,
- The second pavilion includes 8 basketball hard courts that convert to 12-16 volleyball courts,
- In addition, the building will contain a Family Entertainment Center, 2 concession stands, at least 2 hospitality rooms, 4 VIP Suites, up to 9,000 SF of potential rental space, and management offices,
- Provide full design services including completing design development and construction documents and construction administration. documents must be comprehensive, clearly detailed and well-coordinated across trades,
- The architect’s design shall include the work of all the disciplines necessary to complete the project including, but not limited to, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, structural engineer, audio visual, and interior design.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 27, 2019.
