[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide background check service to the government authority located in Tennessee.
• Customizable nationwide, state and county level background screening services; criminal records/sex offender and abuse registry search
• 7-Year Nationwide/Federal Criminal with Maiden and Alias Names
• Nationwide federal record search will disclose offenses from all of the Federal District Courthouses nationwide. These offenses cover convictions such as embezzlement, child pornography, kidnapping, fraud, etc. It is also to include a crime commuted on federal property on federal property such as a military base.
• Employment Verification (2 most recent places of employment)
• Residential History
• Ability to upload/update documents as needed, without the need to request a “portal” opening
• Expeditious review and approval of submitted documentation
• Clear student registration instructions
• Ability to group students by cohort and archive all student records
• Easily accessible notes section for administrative tracking of flagged item approvals
• background, compliance, and health records management software.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
