[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide self-funded third-party administrator and stop loss services for administration of its self-insured medical, dental, and vision plan and Medical/RX Stop Loss.
- timely processing of claims
- Advising the Plan concerning the payment of claims
- Data management reporting and analysis;
- Updating the Plan document
- Preparation and printing of employee identification cards and summary Plan descriptions;
- Investigation of unusual or excessive claims.
- All-inclusive administrative fee
- Create complete transparency, which includes full disclosure of PBM Vendors' revenue and
revenue sources related to the plan and clearly defined and auditable pharmacy pricing terms.
- Minimize the cost and rate of future co-pay rate increases.
- Establish performance targets to assess and monitor PBM's performance.
- Maintain network access to a geographically diverse population.
- Financial performance guarantees
- Service level performance guarantees
- Formulary and manufacturer rebates handling and level of reimbursement
- Willingness to guarantee that pricing will be used for all generics and multi-source brands
dispensed for both mail and retail claims
- Third Party Administrator for the City is Health Cost Solutions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
