[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide business continuity software solution and services,
- SaaS solution, including but not limited to:
- The underlying system security architecture, including encryption of passwords,
- The options for integration of single sign-on tools, must support commonly used protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2, and WS-Federation,
- How the proposed technology solution meets performance requirements for fast response time, reliability, and real-time updating,
- Proposer to provide its solution uptime statistics,
- Describe the frequency and scope of major software releases, including customer and vendor responsibilities in the installation process,
- Solution assists the institution in uncovering threats, vulnerabilities and identify gaps to minimize the impact of disruptions to critical business operations,
- Provide solution templates/guides that assist users in developing plans, including but not limited to: ERP, CRM, and Student engagement deployments, etc.,
- To describe the scalability of its solution,
- Describe how it will support the TBR System, in lieu of a single institution,
- Describe how its solution tracks user changes/history and the visibility of those changes, including roll-back options,
- Devices Proposer’s solution can be accessed from, including mobile accessibility, including any interfaces available with associated functionality,
- Proposer’s solution must address and provide the following:
- Risk and impact assessments, incident management, emergency notifications, planning and reporting, dashboard and analytics, mobile and app accessibility
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 5, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2019.
(4) Notice of intent to propose must be submitted no later than September 25, 2019.
(5) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
