Vendor needs to provide Lexmark software support to current state users of Lexmark proprietary software being used on state-owned print or multifunction devices,
- Hardware Purchases: Desktop Monochrome, Desktop Color, Floor-standing Monochrome, Floor-standing Color,
- Hardware Maintenance and Support: Full service maintenance shall be inclusive of all preventative maintenance, on-site services calls, emergency calls, parts, labor and all other charges required to keep the hardware fully operational and maintained in good working condition,
- Software Solutions Creation: creating new software solutions.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
