Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for early intervention data system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide early intervention data system to collect data related to the early intervention services provided to children and submit an annual report on this data to the U.S. Department of Education’s office of special education programs. The State is soliciting a third-party system to house these data. This system is critical to TEIS’s daily work, as it will house all data used to serve children and track progress in addition to fulfilling federal reporting requirements. The system must be secure, user friendly and flexible for customization, with the ability to respond to frequently changing legislative mandates, and satisfy reporting obligations at the local, state, and federal levels. The system must be a web-based application with no workstation client software or code, other than the browser, required to run. The system will be referred to as the Tennessee Early Intervention Data System.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 24, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 04, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
