[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide school safety platform for the purpose of gathering information about existing technology or creation of a web-based school safety planning and training platform that provides a secure environment for sensitive information and allows selective access for state, district, school, and community level interaction.
1. Develop, implement, share, and revise school and district emergency operations plan
2. Develop, implement, share, and revise annexes (i.e., specialty plans) within emergency operations plan such as school transportation, continuity of operations, relocation/reunification, students with special needs, before/after school care, special events.
3. Develop/or upload, and view school-level maps, blueprints, and floor plan utilizing layer tabs to pull pertinent emergency information.
4. Utilize information found within EOP to create classroom or school bus flip charts and signs.
5. Provide real-time student accountability during a crisis utilizing student attendance system.
6. Provide documentation, reporting, and tracking of school emergency drills.
7. Provide interactive assessment tools that assist in school safety assessment and the production of actions plans.
8. Provide interactive training modules for position specific or topic specific school safety practices.
9. Generate course completion certificate following passing examination of training modules.
10. Host school safety webinars and maintain archive.
11. Provide a community of practice board for sharing of best practices, requests for assistance, toolkit, etc.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
