[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital classroom instructional management solution that will allow teachers to monitor student activity and manage digital curricular resources.
- Allow teachers to view student activities by tab while using the chrome browser.
- Allow teachers to request whitelisting of sites to be used for a specified period of time and only allow access to specific sites during assessment.
- Work in concert with canvas and google for education.
- Integrate with our student information system (PowerSchool) to automatically roster courses and rolls.
- The solution should give teachers the capability to:
o Close browser tabs;
o Take snapshots of student activity;
o Save, store, and send feedback directly to students and administration;
o Push out website tabs across student devices using google chrome (individual, group, or whole class);
o Send students messages;
o Share files through school-issued google drives.
- The solution should enable teachers to:
o Create and disseminate learning events and activities;
o View the progress of learners’ work;
o Differentiate activities and tasks according to student ability level (creation of groups);
o Assign work in collaborative workspaces in a digital environment.
- The solution should provide statistics to district and school administrators including:
o Student usage;
o Teacher usage;
o Differentiation of instruction;
o Learner feedback;
o Equity;
o Device access in-school and out-of-school
(2) Contract term will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
