[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide veterinary services gives care, shelter, vaccinations, spay, neuter services, and temporary housing until animals find their forever homes veterinary services to the government authority located in Oak Ridge, TN.
- Includes all aspects of shelter animal veterinary services including cost for basic exams, spay, neuter, vaccines, diagnostic tests, medication, surgical supplies for spay, neuter etc, historical demand for service shows: about half of the intakes required some sort of medical care skin, eyes, parasites, wounds etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 17,2019.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
