[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide spoken language interpreting and translation services of documents.
- In Person Interpretation Service to include interpreting services on a daily basis, long-term interpreting service, school interpreting services between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., after school/weekend interpreting services, call out access between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily, including weekends for same day and next day service, automated scheduling system with twenty-four (24) hours access and ability to pick individual interpreters.
- Phone Interpretation Service to include availability of free mobile app to allow all users access to interpretation services at remote locations such as bus docks, playgrounds, field trip locations and parent homes, availability for callers to be connected to interpreters without the assistance of a call coordinator or operator, availability for callers to be connected to destination by interpreter without assessing a connection fee.
- Video Interpretation Service - Spanish Only to include availability of free mobile app to allow all users access to interpretation services at remote locations such as bus docks, playgrounds, field trip locations and parent homes and availability for callers to be connected to interpreters without the assistance of a video coordinator or operator.
- Video Interpretation Service of all spoken languages other than Spanish.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
