[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide works or ESRI implementation, configuration and support services for UI and mobile services.
Work activity will include but not be limited to the following: -
Application/System Development
• Development of secure technical and/or business solutions including, but not limited to, analysis;
• design; coding and testing; and implementation and training;
-Enhancement, customization, upgrade, and/or onetime maintenance of existing software
•applications; applications or systems may be custom developed or Commercial Off-the-Shelf
•(COTS) packages;
-Installation and/or integration of new and/or existing software applications
• Application types include, but are not limited to, browser-based applications and wireless.
• Specializations: Java · Microsoft Visual Studio .Net, C#, C, and C++, Mobile Application, Microsoft SharePoint, Red Hat JBoss, Solution and Data Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture.
Data Management and Business Intelligence: -
• Installation, upgrade, security, enhancement or one-time maintenance of new or existing system
• which may include (but not limited to) design, testing, training, and implementation;
- Conversion from one platform to either a similar or dissimilar platform, which may include (but
•not limited to) design, testing, and implementation;
- Development of technical and/or business solutions including, but not limited to, analysis;
• design; coding and testing; and implementation and training;
-Development and/or support for development and implementation for data organization,
• governance, acquisition, access procedures, embargo periods, technical mechanisms for
• dissemination, access control, quality
• Specializations: Oracle Database (and supported options), Microsoft SQL Server Database (and supported options), Microsoft Server Analysis and Reporting Services, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE),· MySQL Database (and supported options),· Reporting solutions to include but not limited to Business Objects and Crystal Reports, SAS, Online Transactional/Analytical Processing (OLAP and OLTP) Data Structures and Design,· Identity Access Management (IAM) integration to Microsoft AD and Salesforce, Apache Solr, Data Masking.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS):-
•Development, customization, and/or implementation of desktop or server/web based GIS
•including mobile applications;
•Enterprise geodatabase management, system design, and administration;
•Enhancement, customization, upgrade, and/or onetime maintenance of existing GIS software or application.
•Specializations: Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI).
Planning :- IT projects in this category may include:
• Project Planning - Ability to perform formal project planning to identify and document project
• goals, identify resources and stakeholders, define communication plan, and document project
assumptions;
• Assess, document, and/or design business processes;
• Assess, document, and/or design application/system development projects;
•Prepare and/or assess planning documents
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 12,2019.
(3) A pre-offer meeting will be held on March 05,2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
