(1) Vendor needs to provide property development consultant service for identify risk mitigation strategies, identify strategies to encourage private sector investment in the institution, identify opportunities for partnering with municipal and county governments, integrate the recently completed residence life and dining services operations and market assessment to the patient and staff population located on the Creedmoor campus, identify strategies to assist the university in vetting developers who bid on third party private development proposals to the government authority located in Clarksville, TN.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
