(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate medical bill reconciliation services for review and reconciliation of off-site inmate medical care bills in order to obtain the best negotiated rates available and inmate health insurance and programs to assist with enrolling inmates in Medicaid, drug-treatment and other medical assistance programs post-release.
