[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed security service to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- 24/7 Firewall monitoring, alerting, with optional active management
- 24/7 IDS or IPS monitoring, alerting, with optional active management
- 24/7 Endpoint protection monitoring, alerting, with optional active management
- Appliance or other perimeter device provided by the vendor with monitoring and active management
- Ability to monitor multiple network zones
- Security Information and Event Management service
- Company dashboard for tickets management, security status, traffic and event volumes
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on February 28, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 1, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
