[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide state disbursement unit services and Customer Payment Information Unit for the Child Support Enforcement Program including
- processing receipt of all child support payments made to the SDU timely and accurately and providing efficient and effective operation of the customer payment information unit.
- comply with State telecommunications protocols and file standards utilized in file transfer interfaces and in the access
- ensure both the physical and systems security of customer payment information unit and state disbursement unit.to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 29, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
