[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility billing services to the government authority located in Bartlett, TN.
- The proposed bill print and distribution services must allow an accurate, timely and user-friendly bill to all customers.
- Bills and envelopes shall be designed to be consistent with billing system.
- Bills should also contain a barcode (specify format) suitable for potential lockbox use at a bank or in-house. Bills are mailed within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of file.
- Contractor shall provide reference documentation for the billing services provided and the contractor will be required to provide training to city personnel for the implementation of billing services.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2018.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on November 28, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
