[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recreation management software for selected services of the Division of Parks and Neighborhoods.
- Vendor hosted managed SaaS solution
- Web and mobile sites for customers to self-register and pay for programs and services and reserve facilities, including parks, fields and meeting conference rooms
- Flexible customer management
- Best-practices in data security and recovery
- Mature and highly available solution
- Sustained and consistent system performance with acceptable response times
- Scalability to meet both current and future capacity needs
- Compliance with Publicly Identifiable Information and Payment Credit Card Industry guidelines and/or recommended best practices
- Guaranteed availability and recoverability data and customer information
- Robust reporting capabilities to enable to analyze information
- Seamless integration of all functional components
- Built-in flexibility to provide City staff with the tools necessary to provide outstanding customer service in person and in an automated environment
- Data migration of existing customer data and information
- 24/7/365 support with secure hosting
- Email management must protect mail headers need to be configured to allow for From Addresses and Reply Addresses to reflect
- Must have auto system for password reset
- Must have password policy to adhere to PCI best practices
- Notification in case of a breach must occur within 48 hours of detection
- Onsite training and assistance prior to launch
- API for Oracle
- Integration into Microsoft AD
- High level project plan
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 26, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
