Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch and next generation 911- system for public safety purposes.
- CAD system that include call handling or CAD event creation, dispatch support, resource management, call/incident/event management, support resource request and tracking, incident disposition and reporting and monitoring.
- Next Generation 911- System must include hardware that has the ability to answer both telephony calls and radio transmission, must have an automatic call distribution functionality so the state can have the ability to re-route calls to multiple dispatch locations across the state and must have the ability to provide instant playback for a set number of hours the time parameter will be determined by the state.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
