[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sewer fee billing services for billing and collection of Interceptor Sewer System fees for residential and commercial customers for its respective service territory to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- Services shall include utility billing system/services, specifically for sewer fees, data backup, implementation of system, ongoing maintenance of system, reporting, support, training and interfaces.
- Bill printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing of sewer bills and electronic billing and bill print suppression for customers choosing an electronic option.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 17, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
