[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide standards-based formative assessment system will inform instruction, guide professional development, and ultimately boost student achievement, Data provided by periodic district-wide and school-level formative assessments will help school administrators, coaches, and teachers identify strengths and areas needing improvement at the student and class level
- A website through which school-level and district level personnel can gain access to student assessment results, website must be password protected to guard the confidentiality of student data.
- The system must make downloadable raw data files of assessment results available to district staff in a format that is easily imported to Excel or statistical software.
- The system must have a reliable method for backing up data to avoid loss of student data.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
