[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide self-funded medical plan administration services to adjustment of claims according to network contracts, usual and customary rates, and all other applicable adjustments, plan for distribution in the event, to transmit employee eligibility accurate and timely adjudication of claims, correction of errors, and follow-up to provider or member questions, 800 number telephone customer service including user friendly human access for claim inquiries, Processing of payments in prompt and efficient manner, including administrator access to member-level claim information, Identifying and providing for collection and/or litigation of over-payments, fraudulent claims, and subrogation; and providing reports to the City on fraud and subrogation cases, identifying and correcting improperly coded medical procedures, Flexible Spending Account and Health Reimbursement Account administrator for claims substantiation purposes.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 3, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
