Vendor needs to provide creative services for transcribe new interviews and deliver full interviews and transcriptions in a method that is suitable for archival purposes with specifications provided by the historic resources coordinator, conduct research pertaining to the production of the film, including gathering historic artifacts and visuals like photos, film footage, etc.to be used in the film, provide creative and technical services, as well as equipment to include all aspects of production including scriptwriting, filming, editing, sound design and music and deliver approved final film in a method to be determined by the historic resources coordinator.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
