[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consultant services to offer competitive benefits at an affordable cost for its employees, retirees, conduct annual actuarial valuation of liabilities for active and retiree health claims, retiree medical plan, COBRA, flexible spending account, and self-pay premium administration, medical and dependent and self-pay premium collection to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 13, 2018.
(3) Contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
