[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated library system that have capabilities to circulation, online public access catalog, patron management, collection management, cataloging, reporting and administration, authority control, discovery solution and an interface with an automated storage and retrieval system, ability of the to satisfy all product requirements by the customer organization, update documentation as needed, and obtain necessary signoff on the product, post implementation support, manage implementation and training, database maintenance, creation of patron records, use of circulation functions, data extraction, conversion and loading, system configuration, staff training, and other implementation activities.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 26, 2018.
(3) A notice of intent to respond deadline will be held on February 21, 2018.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, some tasks will be required to be performed on-site.
